"We went to branch 1 (booked ahead thru fb) and we chose to be seated outside since we prefer the ambience. The food is superb! We ordered the prawn and mango salad, beef belly pasta, bbq beef shortplate, and tiramisu. See the comments per photo. Value for money 5/5!!"

"I love the mango prawn salad!!!! My hubby found his hamburger excellent. But the pansit with smoked pork is a so so for me. AC is not cold. The next table took their big portable fan out of their car and put it on their table and I forgot to bring mine"

"We loved our dining experience at Adamo! The food is beautifully prepared and well-seasoned. The crispy chicken was the absolute best , perfectly crunchy on the outside yet juicy and tender inside. I also loved the kimchi rice with tofu; such a flavorful and satisfying dish. Highly recommended!"

"My Go-To Restaurant in Dumaguete! Adamo is hands down my favorite restaurant in DGT — a reliable spot for consistently great food and a warm dining experience. I always start with the Salmon Salad— it’s a must-try. The fresh salmon is beautifully paired with a crisp cucumber, tomato, and onion mix that really wakes up your palate before the main course. We recently came as a group of 10, and sharing was the way to go! We ordered the Bolognese Pasta and Grilled Chicken Salad to share, and both were excellent. The pasta was rich and flavorful, packed with generous chunks of tender meat. As for the chicken salad — it could easily be my second go-to if the salmon isn’t available. The chicken was juicy and perfectly grilled (looked like thigh meat), marinated in what tasted like a delicious teriyaki glaze. We also tried the Pork Ribs, Lengua, and Beef Shank, and they did not disappoint. Every dish was hearty and well-seasoned. On top of the quality, prices are very reasonable — great value for money. Whether you’re dining solo or in a big group, Adamo is a solid choice. Highly recommend!"

"You can never go wrong with Adamo. Would always recommend this place whenever I have friends visiting. The place is cozy and has ample space for people to dine. There is also some parking space provided. Food is great and is consistent every time we dine. Great experience. We recommend the sisig tacos and beef shank (so soft and tender)."

"The food was great—flavorful and not overwhelming, with big servings! We ordered the family platter, and it was literally enough for 8 people. Definitely worth the price. Will come back again!"

"A visit to Dumaguete is never complete until we pay Adamo a visit. Edison is a genius when it comes to food. His food philosophy is as food should be; good, clean, fresh, using only the best ingredients. None of these packet mixes, we're talking creating sauces "from scratch". There's nothing quite like his food anywhere on this island and I hope he gets the attention, success and support his hard work and dedication deserves. We had the absolute pleasure of dining and meeting him again last night. The sisig tacos, the prawn pasta, the shank and kids burger were a standout. But so was the prawn salad and smoked pork belly. I dare say even the rice tasted better or maybe we were just in heavenly bliss that even the water would have tasted like wine! Whatever the case, dont do yourself the injustice of not visiting this restaurant. And when you do, hopefully you'll get to meet the man himself, Edison, who is as humble as they come. Until the next visit (I'll be dreaming of your food till then!)."

"Every dish we’ve tried has been consistently satisfying — everything is well-cooked and the portions are generous. My top favorite is their beef shortplate; the meat is incredibly tender, and the hummus that comes with it is flavorful, well-seasoned, and really tasty! The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff are genuinely friendly."
